Refund policy

Under UK Consumer Law you have a 14-day cooling off period where you can cancel your order within this period and receive a full refund. This does NOT apply to any made to measure products which you have ordered from us where you have selected the colour, size, pattern, and quantity. Made to measure products are non-refundable unless they are proved to be faulty on delivery.

If a product is delivered faulty, upon return of the damaged goods we will offer a full refund or a replacement product. It is your responsibility to return the damaged goods to us in the original packaging or we may be able to arrange collection for an additional fee. When returning goods, we recommend that you use a suitable recorded delivery method with appropriate insurance to protect against any lost or damage in transit.
