Shipping policy

Delivery Charge:

We deliver by road to mainland UK customers only and will be pleased to provide a delivery quote to meet any specific requirement.

We do not offer delivery to customers outside of the UK.

General Delivery Guidance:

Please notify us prior to placing your order If delivery access is restricted.

Our delivery drivers are instructed to deliver products curb side.

We are unable to deliver products inside buildings, sheds or garages due to risk of damaging property and are unable to deliver through a property or to a rear garden.

Our drivers will deliver goods as close as possible to your desired location and if that is not possible due to conditions then they are instructed to unload beside or nearby their vehicles on firm, safe ground.

When we deliver:

We will always endeavour to fulfil your order by the agreed date however external influences beyond our control can affect this. Delivery dates are given in good faith and time is of the essence does not apply. If we are unable to delivery to you on the date specified and/ or within the estimated delivery period, we will notify you as soon as possible sand provide you with a revised delivery date.

We recommend you do not arrange to have the product installed until it has been delivered.

Do you have to be in when we deliver?

All deliveries need to be received/ signed for by you or an adult representative. Should nobody be available to receive the delivery than there can be no claim for damaged goods or shortages. We recommend that you are present to receive the goods but if you cannot be available of the day arranged than please call us beforehand on 01507 607291 to make the necessary arrangements. We reserve the right to charge you for any additional delivery attempts. Once goods have been delivered to your premises, ownership/ liability transfers to you.

How will I be notified about delivery?

You will be notified about delivery times by phone, text or email and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. If after the delivery notification, you are unable to receive delivery at the proposed time, then please call us immediately on 01507 607291 during office hours to make alternative arrangements.

Health and Safety matters.

Please call us prior to delivery on 01507 607291 (office hours) if you feel there are any Health and Safety matters that we need to be of, eg: road works, uneven ground, overhead cables. If our delivery representative believes delivery is not advisable for Health and Safety reasons, then we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
